How do customers leave reviews?

Guidesly makes it easy for customers to provide reviews of your business!

After a trip is complete, customers automatically receive a message to review their trip and your business. In addition to rating the trip from 1-5 stars, they can also write a review as well as share photos and video from their fishing trip.

After a review is submitted, it will be automatically posted to your guide profile page.

Access reviews from your customers from the Reviews section of the Guidesly Pro app.

Pin up to three reviews that will appear at the top of your Guidesly profile.
To pin a review, click the review and then click the blue Edit button followed by Pin to Top.
